When the user tried to send email through MS Outlook, user gets error

“The add-in “C:\windows\system32\fxsext32.dll” could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by detect and repair on the help menu “

This might appear after installing Fax software. We can try disabling the Windows Fax components from Add or Remove components by getting in to Add or Remove programs (Programs and features in Vista).

If this doesnt work, then

Open Outlook
Click Tools -> Options -> Other
Go to Advanced Options and disable “Add-In Manager”
Restart the Outlook

Issue in sending email through Outlook will be resolved.

So far, we didn’t have any facility to configure Free Windows Live account in Outlook, but now, this is not the case.
