If you are trying to access wireless internet using iPhone here are the basic steps for verifying and troubleshooting to join and access a wireless network.

The first step is to look for the wireless signal symbol which is present on the left top corner of the screen .

If there is no wireless symbol on top, and the phone hasn’t joined any wireless connection then start working on accessing and connecting to wireless network.

To join a wireless network,

1. Go to the settings—– Wi Fi and check for Networks (network name/SSID) scanned.

2. Tap on the wireless network you want to join.

3. Now, check whether you got the wireless signal icon on top left corner of the screen, and if the icon is present try to access the internet.

If you see the icon but still if you are not able to access the internet.

1. Go to settings — WiFi networks and tap on more next to the network, where you will get a screen with tabs IP, BootP, and static.

2. Check if you have IP address (numbers) when you tap IP tab, and if there are no numbers, tap on Renew lease, if you still don’t get the IP address then it could be because of,
